The bunk bed head boards are manufactured from 30×30, 0,80 mm square steel tube.
The upper connection part of the head is made of 20x20, 0,80 mm square steel tube.
The side parts of the bunk bed are manufactured from 20x40, 0,80 mm square steel tube.
The bottom grates in which the sheet metal bed base is placed are manufactured from 3 pieces 20×20, 0,80 mm square steel tube.
Bed base bottom grates are obtained by increasing the strength by passing the double-sided press twisting from 4 pieces and 0,70 mm thick metal sheet.
All the material is electrostatic powder coated.
Demounted parts will be specially shrink-wrap and shipped.
1st class material is used for all the products.
